Binary Plan MLM Structure

The binary MLM plan is a structured compensation model where members build two teams (left and right) to generate commissions based on team performance. Our MLM software automates this process by placing new recruits under either leg of the binary tree, encouraging balanced growth. Commissions are calculated from the weaker leg's sales volume. This approach incentivizes members to strengthen both teams equally while benefiting from spillover effects, where excess recruits automatically fill gaps in the downline.

A unilevel MLM plan is a type of compensation structure used in multi-level marketing (MLM) business models. It is based on the concept of building a “unilevel” network of distributors, where each distributor is placed at the top of their own “level” and can recruit an unlimited number of individuals beneath them.

In a unilevel plan, commissions are earned based on the sales volume generated by the distributors within a certain level of the network. For example, a distributor may earn a commission on the sales of their first level of recruits, as well as a percentage of the sales generated by their second level of recruits, and so on.

The distinctive feature of an MLM matrix plan is its narrow width. Unlike other MLM compensation plans, matrix plan restricts the number of distributors you can sponsor on your first level, usually to less than five. The most commonly used matrix MLM plans are 4 x 7, 5 x 7, 3 x 9 and 2 x 12.

The Matrix MLM plan is simple and easily reasonable- when the front line becomes full in the matrix MLM payment plan, the distributors have to sponsor new recruits deeper into their down line. Therefore, these new distributors are to be paid to the next accessible position. As plans develop, distributors will have the opportunity to assign positions to these new distributors.

The Board MLM Compensation Plan operates on a revolving matrix system, where members are placed in a small group, or “board,” with a fixed number of slots. As new members join and fill these slots, the board is divided once it reaches its maximum capacity, allowing the top member to advance to a higher-level board.

This progression continues, creating new boards as more members join. Commissions are earned based on reaching specific board levels or when the board splits, incentivizing both individual and collective member efforts.
